3 Years Old & Up

Lessons for Children (Ages 3+)

Students first master the six foundational aquatic abilities – breathing, floating, gliding, kicking, immersion and jumping – before progressing into stroke technique. The curriculum advances step by step through six intermediate levels and six levels for swimmers ages 6+, so strong safety foundations come before more advanced technique.

Parent Participation is CRUCIAL in childhood development.

Parental participation in the swim lesson allows for a safe and secure learning environment, maximum swim practice time, and continual direction and attention.
